How to Integrate Virnika

You can take control of your integration process with Virnika by choosing your preferred method. You can always change this later.

Option 1

Advertise a New Number

You will start to advertise the number provided by Virnika as your phone number. If you receive a call to the Virnika number that needs to be answered by someone in the store, Virnika will forward it to your current number. This is the easiest solution, and everyone will still be able to use the original phone number, but the downside is that it takes time for your call volume to transition to this new number.

To do this, you will need to:

Update your website and your Google My Business listing.

Option 2

Forward Your Phone to Virnika

Forward your current phone number to the new Virnika number. Virnika will then forward any calls to a second phone line in your restaurant. If you want Virika to manage everything and never have the phone ring in the store, you do not have to set up a second number.

To do this, you will need to:

1) Add a new phone number from your current provider. (If you wish)
2) Forward your existing phone number to the number provided by Virnika.
