What does onboarding look like?

About 10 minutes of your time, and you can be live the same day. We send an onboarding document already filled in. You check it and correct anything we got wrong. That is the whole ask.

How long does setup take?

Three pieces, and the slow one runs in the background. Phone integration: 1–3 business days. POS and menu integration: 1–3 weeks. Adam listens to your real calls while that runs, learning your menu and how your team talks. A testing phase at the end for menu accuracy and tone.

How does Virnika know when I change my menu, prices or hours?

Change it in your POS and we pick it up automatically. No POS? Edit it in the Virnika dashboard. Callers hear the change on the next call.

What is my return on investment?

It shows up in two places: labour and ticket size. Operators report spending about half what they used to on having someone sit with the phone. Ticket averages around 15% higher. Most restaurants miss 10–20% of phone orders at the dinner peak.
